Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
Shipping options include FedEx Ground (5-7 business days), FedEx Express Saver (2-3 business days), FedEx 2-Day (2 business days) and FedEx Overnight (Next business day). Overnight shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories is not guaranteed.

* * PLEASE NOTE: Most orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping, so please be sure to take this additional processing time into account when deciding on your shipping speed. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.  

 

If your order is urgent and you require same-day shipping, please email us on info@kirribilla.com or call (415) 561-0515 and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your needs and get your item to you in time for your wear date. 


BACK-ORDERED ITEMS: Back-ordered items may take 2-3 weeks to ship. If your item is back-ordered, you will receive an email notification letting you know.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Kirribilla offers international shipping to select countries. If your country is not included as an option, please contact us on info@kirribilla.com with your international shipping requests.

SALES / PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional discount codes are valid for full-priced in-stock merchandise only. Discount codes may not be combined with any other offer; only one valid discount code may be used on a given purchase. Discount codes may not be used on items marked SALE or FINAL SALE. Discount codes may not be used towards custom orders. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular-priced, non-custom Kirribilla.com purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange, minus any shipping charges, within 14 days of your original delivery date. Items to be returned or exchanged MUST be in their original unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached and must not be damaged or altered in any way. 

 

SALE items may not be returned, but may be exchanged for store credit only. 

 

Items listed as "FINAL SALE" may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Kirribilla can only accept returns on items purchased at Kirribilla.com. Custom orders and trunk show purchases are not eligible for return. 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of their original delivery date and must include the original Packing Slip as well as a completed Kirribilla Return Request Form, which can be obtained by contacting orders@kirribilla.com. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without this form. Returns postmarked after 14 days of their original delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Kirribilla reserves the right to final approval on all returns and exchanges.

 

On accepted returns, a full refund, minus shipping costs, will be credited to your original form of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the item we sent was defective or incorrect.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise in your Kirribilla.com order, please notify us immediately at orders@kirribilla.com to request a return or exchange. All damaged or incorrect item claims must be made within 14 days of original delivery. Any claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.   

 

If the item you received was defective or if we shipped the wrong item, Kirribilla will refund your shipping charges, and will ship a new or correct item via FedEx Ground at Kirribilla's expense. 


Returns and exchanges on defective or incorrect merchandise MUST be accompanied by a completed Kirribilla Return Request Form. Please contact us on orders@kirribilla.com to request this form. 


PLEASE NOTE: Kirribilla reserves the right to final approval on all returns and exchanges.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To return your Kirribilla.com purchase, please follow the steps below: 

1) Contact orders@kirribilla.com within 14 days to request a Return Request Form. 
2) Pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring item is in its original unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached.
3) Include your original Packing Slip as well as the completed Return Request Form inside the package.
4) Send the return package to the following address. Kirribilla recommends using FedEx,UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Please note: All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Kirribilla will not accept C.O.D. returns.
